FORTIS TOWER – FLOORS 15 & 16

TA Management Ltd. is a Vancouver-based property management firm providing professional management services for commercial office buildings. The firm oversees day-to-day operations, tenant experience, and long-term asset performance for properties across Metro Vancouver, including Fortis Tower in the downtown core.
Radiance Energy completed a custom LED lighting upgrade at Fortis Tower, delivering improved lighting quality, reduced energy consumption, and long-term operational value across two office floors. The project supported both active tenant spaces and future leasing objectives, aligning with the building’s asset management and sustainability goals.

THE SOLUTION

Radiance Energy delivered a fully integrated LED lighting solution designed to align seamlessly with the building’s architectural and mechanical systems.

  • Replaced existing 64W fluorescent fixtures with 29W Fluxwerx LED fixtures (347V, 3500K) featuring 0–10V dimming

  • Supplied custom fixtures and coordinated HVAC diffusers for clean, integrated ceiling design

  • Delivered a turnkey scope including electrical, HVAC, ceiling tile, and T-bar work

  • Completed installation in occupied office areas with minimal disruption

  • Supported renovation and leasing efforts through modern lighting in unoccupied spaces

All installed fixtures are backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty, ensuring long-term performance and reduced maintenance.

"The new lighting fixtures look great. They illuminate the floor much better than the original ones."

Henry Almeida, Chief Engineer
